Individual therapy
This is designated for individuals to process their thoughts and work toward their goals. Typically, sessions are bi-weekly.

Couples therapy
This is for marriage, dating, engagement, domestic partnerships, long term partnerships, uncouple, co-parenting, and working through divorce. Similar to individual therapy but the focus is on the relationship.

Adolescent therapy
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
For ages 12 to 17, the focus is on helping you work through the challenges of adolescent hood, becoming a young adult, and moving into adulthood.

The KAP process includes one to three preparation sessions with me, meeting with a prescriber, acquiring the prescription, a dosing session with me, and finally at least two to three follow up integration sessions. The cost for meeting with the prescriber and medication varies but I do work with a presciber who takes some insurances.The cost for the KAP sessions with me are broken down below and are based on my full hourly rate, I never want cost to be a barrier so please still reach out if you would like to discuss a discounted rate. Sliding Fee
Insurance
For individuals unable to pay full rate due to financial limitations, I offer a sliding fee scale. To learn if you qualify, you can find my Sliding Fee Policy, Application, and Rates on my Forms page under Additional Forms.
Currently, I am not taking any new clients using insurance. However, I can help you with utilizing your Out Of Network (OON) coverage. I can provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance on your own. Depending on your specific plan, you may or may not receive reimbursement some or all of your out of pocket cost.
